Develop a program based on your needs, your equipment, and your goals. Programs will come with everything you need to get the workout done correctly and with limited equipment.
Programs are as many workouts as you want in a week span, with an entire program spanning 4 weeks. At the end of the four weeks, we re-evaluate the program and I'll write a new one for you.
